Le Sourire is adapted to all sorts of expeditions and crews: discovery voyages for nature and animals lovers, scientific work or documentaries, mountaineering, skiing or diving expeditions...

Spanish, french, german and british TVs and production companies have already choosen Le Sourire for their expeditions to Antarctica, South Georgia, South Sandwich, Cape Horn and to the chilean channels.

Flexible and independant, Le Sourire can move between the bays acording to the filming programm taking advantage of the best conditions and the better lights.

Le Sourire has been also the support vessel for mountainering expeditions.

She can adapt herself to the needs of the mountaineers, leave them at the foot of the routes, leave people in a place to get them back in another place...

She is a perfect base camp to wait for good weather conditions in a comfortable atmosphere, ideal for a fresh start.

Le Sourire recieves also under-water filming teams.

She is very well adapted to all these works thanks to a large inside storage capacity for the long navigations in open seas.

She also has a wide opened platform to install all the gear during the short navigations once in Antarctica or South Georgia.

It is a real working boat, simple but efficient that does'nt fear the heavy gear that normally bring such expeditions.

Working with the different professionals who came on board Le Sourire, gave us a wide knowledge of the needs of the cameramens and the producers.

If needed, we can be part of the filming.

We do recieve mountainering or diving expeditions, but do not organize these expeditions. They will have to be managed by an experienced leader who will responsible for the team.

Moutainering; diving and sailing in these extrem places offer unique sensations and pleasures, but everyone has to be conscient that the dangers there are also extremes without any posible rescue.

The expeditions in Antarctica and in South Georgia require previous governmental authorization .
